Let me introduce Chef Shannon Wilson
Shannon's hospitality career has covered the globe for 25 years primarily in London and in Perth.
From launching The Botanist (London) in the early 2000's, and in recent years opening the reputable Perth venues of Mayfair Lane & Besk.
Along his journey, Shannon has been a valued private Chef employed by persons of note including Sir Richard Branson and Hugh Jackman.
While Perth has many quality chefs of note, few have been as versatile or talented enough to compare with the variety and depth of Chef Wilson's resume and accomplishments.
With an eye for detail, natural flair and hospitality acumen only gained through broad experience Shannon is capable of offering prospective clients:
- Initial kitchen setup procedure
- Purchasing of suitable kitchen equipment suiting the client's needs
- Creating or restructuring menus
- Efficient and detailed costing
- Necessary spreadsheets in chosen format relating to ordering and cost control
- Accessing and organising suppliers through established relationships with local providers
- Engaging social media platforms and content with a proven track record of obtaining favourable reviews and feedback

When you hire a temporary chef from us, you can be sure that you’re getting not only a skilled chef but also a trustworthy and reliable member of staff. All our chefs are qualified with at least five years’ post-apprenticeship experience, meaning you can depend on mature, business-minded, self-motivated staff.

Our chefs are also:

RSA-certified
Fully certified and registered

Rates

Monday to Friday: $34.00 per hour

Weekends: $39.00 per hour

Public holidays: $52.00 per hour

Please note: Minimum shift is 5 hours. GST may apply to the above rates.
